
Jennifer L. Thomas, creator and owner of Aloha Concierge Services, offers an extensive background in human services and customer relations. With a Masters degree in Social Work, she served in that field for over 20 years. Having owned a retail gift shop in Sebastian, Florida for over 5 years, Jennifer developed a strong philosophy of excellent customer service. A career change from social services and a lifelong love of cooking moved her into the food and beverage industry for a time, where cooking and catering melded with customer service.
After relocating to St. Augustine following Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne in 2004, Jennifer was considering methods to blend her talents and experience with a way to provide quality service to people, and the idea of Aloha Concierge Service was born.
